These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("you" or "user") and VITA JKORE LLC ("VITA JKORE," "we," "our," or "us"), governing your access to and use of VITA JKORE TV, a free streaming channel distributed through the Roku Channel Store (the "Service").
By installing, launching, or otherwise using VITA JKORE TV, you affirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated herein by reference. If you do not agree, you must immediately discontinue use of the Service.

Eligibility & Account Registration
Age Requirement
VITA JKORE TV is intended for users aged 13 and older. Users under the age of 13 are strictly prohibited from using the Service, consistent with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA). If you are between 13 and 18, you may only use the Service with parental or guardian consent.
No Account Required
VITA JKORE TV does not require account registration to stream content. Your use of the Service is governed through your Roku platform account. By accessing the channel, you represent and warrant that your use complies with any applicable terms of those platforms.
Geographic Availability
The Service is currently available primarily in the United States. Content availability may vary by region based on licensing and distribution agreements. We make no representation that the Service is available or appropriate for use in all jurisdictions.

License to Use
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable, personal license to access and use the Service solely for your own personal, non-commercial, entertainment purposes.

Trademarks
VITA JKORE, VITA JKORE TV, and associated logos are trademarks of VITA JKORE LLC. You may not use our trademarks without our prior written permission. All other trademarks referenced on the Service are the property of their respective owners.
User-Generated Content
VITA JKORE TV is a viewing-only channel and does not accept or host user-generated content through the channel application. Any communications sent to us via email or contact forms are governed by our Privacy Policy.
DMCA & Copyright Complaints
If you believe that content available through our channel infringes your copyright, please send a DMCA takedown notice to legal@vitajkore.clinic with: (i) identification of the copyrighted work; (ii) identification of the infringing material; (iii) your contact information; (iv) a statement of good faith belief; and (v) a statement under penalty of perjury that your claim is accurate.

Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to engage in any of the following activities in connection with the Service:

- Transmitting any malware, viruses, worms, or other harmful computer code through the Service
- Framing or mirroring any portion of the Service without our express written consent
- Impersonating any person or entity, or falsely claiming an affiliation with any person or entity
- Using the Service in any manner that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair our servers
- Violating any applicable local, state, national, or international law or regulation

- PERSONAL INJURY OR PROPERTY DAMAGE ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE
- UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS TO OR ALTERATION OF YOUR TRANSMISSIONS OR DATA
- ANY CONTENT OR CONDUCT OF ANY THIRD PARTY ON THE SERVICE
arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total aggregate liability to you for any claims arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars ($100.00).
Some jurisdictions do not allow the limitation of liability for certain types of damages, so some of the above limitations may not apply to you.

Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless VITA JKORE LLC and its officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, and successors from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to:
- Your access to or use of the Service
- Your violation of these Terms or any applicable law or regulation
- Your violation of any third-party right, including any intellectual property right or privacy right
- Any claim that your conduct caused damage to a third party
We reserve the right, at our expense, to assume exclusive defense and control of any matter otherwise subject to indemnification by you. You agree to cooperate with our defense of such claims.
Section 13
Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to VITA JKORE TV at any time, with or without cause and with or without notice, effective immediately. Grounds for termination include, without limitation, any violation of these Terms or conduct that we determine, in our sole discretion, to be harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or for any other business reason.
Upon termination of your access, your license to use the Service immediately revokes. All provisions of these Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including but not limited to Sections 4 (License), 5 (Intellectual Property), 10 (Disclaimer of Warranties), 11 (Limitation of Liability), 12 (Indemnification), and 14 (Governing Law).
You may discontinue use of the Service at any time by uninstalling the channel from your device.

Governing Law & Disputes
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Informal Resolution
Before filing any formal legal claim, you agree to first attempt to resolve any dispute informally by contacting us at legal@vitajkore.clinic. We will attempt to resolve the dispute within 30 days of receipt of your notice.
Binding Arbitration
If we cannot resolve a dispute informally, any controversy or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be settled by binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Consumer Arbitration Rules. The arbitration shall take place in Miami, Florida. The arbitrator's award shall be final and binding and may be entered as a judgment in any court of competent jurisdiction.
Class Action Waiver
YOU AGREE THAT ANY DISPUTE RESOLUTION PROCEEDINGS SHALL BE CONDUCTED ONLY ON AN INDIVIDUAL BASIS AND NOT IN A CLASS, CONSOLIDATED, OR REPRESENTATIVE ACTION. IF FOR ANY REASON A CLAIM PROCEEDS IN COURT RATHER THAN IN ARBITRATION, YOU WAIVE ANY RIGHT TO A JURY TRIAL.
Exceptions
Notwithstanding the above, either party may seek injunctive or other equitable relief in a court of competent jurisdiction to prevent the actual or threatened infringement, misappropriation, or violation of intellectual property rights.

Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. In some cases, we may provide additional notice through channel updates or announcements on our website at tv.vitajkore.com.
Your continued use of VITA JKORE TV following the posting of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must stop using the Service.
